Welcome to the latest release of Learning Content AIQ, where we continue to enhance performance and introduce new features to ensure you get the most out of the product. New functionality and improvements:
We have rolled out the following in this release:
- Ability to edit shallow branch scenario outputs and assessments
- What’s changed: You can now edit shallow branch scenario and assessment outputs directly to make minor adjustments before exporting in your chosen formats.
- What this means for designers: You can make small edits directly in the text, without relying on AI to apply them.
- Ability for users to drag and resize table columns
- What’s changed: You can now drag column borders in the editor to resize table columns.
- What this means for designers: You can improve readability by resizing column widths to fit your layout.
- Added the ability to delete individual sections of a video script and creator outputs
- What’s changed: You can now delete individual sections from video scripts and creator outputs when they’re no longer needed.
- What this means for designers: Quickly remove outdated or unnecessary sections without rebuilding the whole script.
- Ability to change style for a standard chat interaction
- What’s changed: You can now adjust the visual style of each chat interaction to match your UI and brand.
- What this means for designers: You can style chat interactions to match where users will see them.
- Content Creator template now includes clearly defined descriptions and functional requirements to generate the highest-quality outputs
- What’s changed: The Content Creator template has been updated so you can add descriptions and functional requirements to each element, ensuring outputs match your formatting requirements.
- What this means for designers: Speeds up design by enabling shared, user-defined templates that scale across workspaces.
- Workspace chats adheres to the tone of voice if set within your workspace properties
- What’s changed: Workspace chats now follow your workspace tone-of-voice settings, so chat outputs stay consistent.
- What this means for designers: Less time spent rewriting chat outputs to fit the workspace voice.
- You are able to manually add additional taxonomies within an existing taxonomy
- What’s changed: You can now manually add new taxonomies to an existing taxonomy.
- What this means for designers: Keep your taxonomy aligned to business needs and quickly map it to your content.
- You are able to search and sort within Content Creator
- What’s changed: The Content Creator page now includes search and sort.
- What this means for designers: Find specific templates in the Content Creator table faster.
Software updates and patches:
We have continued to ensure the underlying technology used to support the application is up to date and working efficiently:
- Improvements to infrastructure reliability and stability
Bug fixes:
- InfoToggle
- Popups now display fully within accordions, ensuring information is no longer cut off.
- Chat responses now show clear file names instead of IDs, making references easier to understand.
- Duplicate file uploads now trigger a warning and are properly blocked, preventing workspace clutter.
Known issues:
We are working on the below known issues:
- When a user searches for a content creator template name that does not exist, the system should display a message indicating that no matches were found
- Users should not be able to save duplicate taxonomy names
- Deleting a section from content created using a Creator template should automatically show, no on page refresh
