Overview

Welcome to the latest release of Learning Content AIQ, where we continue to enhance performance and

introduce new features to ensure you get the most out of the product. Below, you'll find a detailed

breakdown of new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations. As always, we appreciate your

feedback.

New functionality and improvements:

We have rolled out the following in this release:

1. Ability to edit video scripts

• What’s changed: Ability for users to edit video script outputs, making small adjustments before export.
• What this means for designers: You can make small edits directly in the text, without relying on AI to apply them.

2. Ability to upload tone of voice files up to 1GB

• What’s changed: The maximum file size for tone of voice uploads in Workspace Properties has increased to 1GB.
• What this means for designers: You can upload larger brand and style guideline documents without needing to split them into smaller files.

3. Ability to edit workspace name

• What’s changed: Ability for users to edit the name and description of existing workspaces
• What this means for designers: You can rename workspaces to make them easier to find and manage as projects evolve to reflect the current stage of a project.

4. Ability to edit output name

• What’s changed: Ability for users to edit the name and description of existing outputs
• What this means for designers: You can rename outputs to make them easier to find and manage as projects evolve to reflect the current stage of a project.

5. Skills upload replaced by Taxonomy Manager

• What’s changed: The Skills button, Skills column, and all related skills file processing have been replaced by the Taxonomy Manager functionality.
• What this means for designers: You can upload multiple taxonomies with up to three hierarchy levels, making it easier to map content in the file library.

6. Ability to delete topics from course outline

• What’s changed: Ability to manually delete topics from a course outline.
• What this means for designers: You can quickly remove topics that are no longer relevant without recreating the entire course outline.

7. Ability to reuse tone of voice from an existing workspace

• What’s changed: Ability to copy an existing tone of voice from another workspace.
• What this means for designers: You can apply the same tone of voice across a suite of learning programmes to create consistent learner experiences.

8. Ability to add table and checklist modules to Creator templates

• What’s changed: Creator templates now support TABLE and CHECKLIST sections in addition to the existing TEXT and ASSESSMENT sections.
• What this means for designers: You can create templates that include tables and checklists

9. Improved chat experience with GPT 5.5

• What’s changed: Chat and Workspace Chat has been upgraded to GPT 5.5 as the default model.
• What this means for designers: You can generate more accurate, relevant, and polished responses in Chat and Workspace Chat, helping you draft, refine, and review learning content more efficiently.

10. Addition of confidence rating and justification to taxonomy analytics mapping

• What’s changed: When you have mapped a taxonomy, you will be able to see the confidence rating and justification for the mapping within the analytics page
• What this means for designers: You can review the confidence rating and justification directly in the mapping UI, making it easier to validate taxonomy mappings and decide where adjustments are needed.

11. Ability to upload and map competencies in Taxonomy Manager

• What’s changed: You can now upload taxonomies that include competency levels, such as novice, intermediate, and advanced, and map content against them.
• What this means for designers: You can map learning content to specific skills and competency levels, helping you create more targeted and structured learning experiences.

12. File metadata shows in the upload language

• What’s changed: File metadata is now generated in the same language as the uploaded file.
• What this means for designers: You can review file details in the source language, making it easier to organise, search, and manage multilingual content accurately.

13. Updated Storyline parsing capability, including new Storyline SCORM format

• What’s changed: Storyline parsing has been updated to support additional Storyline SCORM formats.
• What this means for designers: You can upload and process more Storyline SCORM packages accurately, making it easier to reuse existing course content in Learning Content AIQ.
