What is Content Creator?

Content Creator is a feature in Content AIQ that allows you to build your own reusable output templates.

Instead of being limited to the default outputs (such as course outlines or assessments), Content Creator lets you define:

  • What type of output you want
  • How it is structured
  • What sections it contains
  • How it should be written

Once created, these templates can be reused again and again to generate consistent, high‑quality outputs, powered by the content in your workspace.

You can think of Content Creator as a way to design your own AI output type, tailored to how you work.

What can I use Content Creator for?

Content Creator is designed to be flexible. You are not limited to instructional design use cases.

Common examples include:

  • Project or client kickoff agendas
  • Meeting agendas and summaries
  • Design solution documents
  • Assessment structures
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Internal frameworks or checklists
  • Account or project documentation

If you create the structure, Content Creator can generate the content.

Where do I find Content Creator?

  1. Open Content AIQ
  2. Select the Creator tab
  3. Choose Output Creator

This is where you can:

  • Create new output templates
  • Edit existing templates
  • Preview how outputs will look

Who can see my templates?

Templates created in Content Creator are shared across your tenant.

This means:

  • Other users with access to your organisation environment of Content AIQ can see and use your templates
  • You can reuse templates created by your colleagues

We recommend giving templates clear names and descriptions so others know when to use them.

Creating your first template

Step 1: Create a new template

From Creator → Output Creator:

  1. Click Create output template
  2. Enter a template name
  3. Add a description

Tip:
The description is very important. Content AIQ uses the title and description to understand what you're trying to create and how the output should behave.

Step 2: Add sections

You can define the structure of your output by adding sections, for example:

  • Welcome / Introduction
  • Objectives
  • Timeline or agenda
  • Key stakeholders
  • Next steps
  • Conclusion

You can:

  • Add sections manually
  • Edit section titles and descriptions
  • Remove sections you don’t need

Each section helps guide how the AI generates content.

Step 3: Edit and refine

You can:

  • Adjust section wording to be more specific
  • Add or remove sections at any time
  • Reorder sections to match your desired flow

Don’t worry about getting it perfect the first time - templates can always be updated later.

Step 4: Preview your template

Click Preview to see an example of how your output will look.

Important:
Preview uses example (dummy) data, not your real workspace content. It is intended to help you check structure and layout only.

Step 5: Save your template

Once you're happy with the structure, click Save.

Your template is now ready to use.

Using a template to generate content

Once your template is saved, you can use it like any other output in Content AIQ.

Step 1: Open a workspace

Go to a workspace that contains:

  • Relevant files
  • Knowledge bases
  • Background material

The content generated by Content Creator is based on the information available in the workspace.

Step 2: Create a new output

  1. Click New Output
  2. Select your custom template from the list
  3. Give the output a name
  4. (Optional) Add topics or objectives

Step 3: Generate the output

Content AIQ will generate a complete document using:

  • Your template structure
  • The workspace content
  • Any topics or instructions you provided

The result is a structured, ready‑to‑use output aligned to your workspace context.

Why does the same template give different results?

This is expected behaviour.

Content Creator always uses:

  • The current workspace
  • Its files, knowledge bases, and properties

If you generate the same template in different workspaces, the outputs may vary because the available content is different.

Best practices for great results

  • Write clear, specific template descriptions
  • Keep templates reusable where possible
  • Use workspaces with relevant, well‑organised content
  • Preview to confirm structure, then generate in a real workspace
  • Experiment - Content Creator is designed for creativity

There are no “correct” templates - the most effective ones are shaped by your own workflows.

Giving feedback

We actively encourage feedback on Content Creator.

If you:

  • Discover a new use case
  • Have an idea for improvement
  • Run into an issue

Please contact your Content AIQ representative or support team and let us know how you’re using it.

Your feedback helps shape the final version.

Summary

Content Creator allows you to:

  • Design your own custom output templates
  • Reuse them across projects and teams
  • Generate consistent, structured content using AI
  • Work beyond standard, pre‑built outputs

If you already know what you want to create, Content Creator gives you the tools to define how Content AIQ creates it.
