How to request set-up of a new Tenant

This is the Process for someone in GP Strategies to request access to AIQ where there is not already an existing tenant (or for when a separate tenant needs to be created).


  1. The request should be raised to the support desk via the Request New Tenant form here: https://support.contentaiq.com/en/support/tickets/new?ticket_form=request_new_tenant
  2. Please fill in the required fields (those marked with a red asterisk); see below for additional information on some of the fields:
    • CRM Link: in Sharepoint
    • Duration: usually in months
    • Use Case / Business Justification: What is the scope, what do you want to test, what is your goal, are we able to help?
    • Tenant Owner: GP Strategies point of contact, usually the Account Manager or Project Manager

    • Users to be added: please include the first name, last name, and email address of the user(s)
    • Audience: pick from the dropdown, GP Internal staff only; GP Staff and client; Client only
                
  3. Press submit; you will receive an email confirmation from support@contentaiq.com
  4. Once the tenant is set up and ready to use, you will receive further communciation via this email with next steps
